Extremely disappointing experience. I paid over $270 for the Silver Package expecting to use the advertised streaming feature so my family, especially my baby’s grandfather, could watch from home. I arrived 15 minutes early and was even discussing streaming near the reception desk, yet no one mentioned that I needed to arrange anything myself. We had such a great experience at UCbaby Moncton! She was incredibly informative, professional, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her husband at reception was also extremely kind and friendly, which made the experience even more welcoming. Highly recommend to any expecting parents looking for a warm and positive experience!
