Horrible experience with UCC moncton. Ethel was very demeaning and rude to my son and daughter-in-law making them both feel like inadequate parents. I booked the appointment and recieved the confirm your appointment email, not realizing that there were instructions that they were to follow. Ethel asked if she had protein and she said no i had a banana and she responded that the baby was starving and was not enough food for the baby. The most exciting experience! The staff are so welcoming and the environment is cozy, calm and relaxed. We got amazing pictures and we weren’t rushed at all. Would recommend this place to anyone.
