The loveliest people who own & operate the business. Extremely friendly & welcoming atmosphere. Ultrasound technician has 40 years experience as a labour & deliver nurse- a wealth of knowledge. They were so patient with all of our questions and respected our wishes to have our gender secretelt written on a card plus double wrapped our heartbeat bear to avoid spoiling the surprise for our gender reveal party. Very reasonably priced, easy to book, thorough turnover for photos/video. Highly recommend!
Thank you Ethel at UC baby Moncton for taking so much time and consideration of how our pictures were turning out. Our little one was being quite stubborn and shy for the scans but you truly went above and beyond to make sure we got some good shots of her.
Staff were extremely unprofessional and lacking empathy, throwing a tantrum and asking inappropriate questions during our first baby scan which should have been a special moment. Avoid this clinic at all costs if you have other options.
Horrible experience with UCC moncton. Ethel was very demeaning and rude to my son and daughter-in-law making them both feel like inadequate parents. I booked the appointment and recieved the confirm your appointment email, not realizing that there were instructions that they were to follow. Ethel asked if she had protein and she said no i had a banana and she responded that the baby was starving and was not enough food for the baby.
