I had the best experience today. It was a seamless process and the nice lady answered all my questions. She also was very patient and took lots of beautiful pictures and she also gave us free samples . I would definitely recommend UC baby always.
Hello, I had my ultrasound appointment today at 1:30 pm, which I booked a month in advance. I’m actually not a new customer — I also came here during my last pregnancy for my toddler’s ultrasound, and that experience was much warmer. Unfortunately, today’s session was disappointing. The appointment felt rushed and lasted barely 5 minutes. When I asked if I could see my baby’s face, I was told rather abruptly that 3D images wouldn’t come out well because I’m 35 weeks and close to delivery. I had the BEST experience at UC Baby Brampton, I purchased the Silver package in which I could confirm my baby’s gender, listen to her heartbeat and it came with a live broadcast link so my family could watch the ultrasound even from another country. My baby didn’t want to show her whole face on the appointment but gladly this package comes with a free extra session which was very convenient. I got cute pictures of my baby!! Kiran was amazing, very patient and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!
They were so kind to us! They helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience, and made sure my family could enjoy the special moment of seeing our son. That meant everything to my husband and me
