We bought a 2017 Sienna xle in August 2026 with under 110k km. We had a good experience. Deal was straightforward, quick, and professional. No surprises, all numbers laid out and agreed on and executed. Full vehicle history provided and inspection report. Just had an oil change done at Toyota dealership and quick inspection and everything is in working order. We got detailed cleaning in the deal and they did a great job. I am updating my review to reflect our actual experience here with my husband. We bought a 2016 Volkswagen Golf recently, but the dealership did not honor the verbal terms of our agreement. When we brought up these issues, management became highly confrontational and refused to resolve the situation professionally. Coming here was a great choice, Aidin was so helpful and kind, giving me all the time I need to inspect, test drive, and ask questions. Very responsive as well. DK was helpful as well. Highly recommend for first time car buyers.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Car purchase was quick and went smooth Aidin and DK made the process enjoyable.
Drove all the way from north Burnaby and they had false advertisement of a tesla y that was no longer available . Prices were more expensive than ordering a 3-4 year newer tesla from tesla.com/en_ca - disappointing experience
