It's been three months, and I'm still thinking about it. When we test-drove the car, the gas tank was about half full, and we put down a deposit to pick it up the next day. The day we came to get the car, it wasn't there. We waited, and two salespeople came back from their lunch break driving my car. Really good experience overall. I traded in my vehicle and they gave me a better trade-in value than anywhere else I checked. I came from the Island, so I wanted to make sure the trip was worth it, and it definitely was. They showed me a few different options, worked with me to find something that made sense, and genuinely seemed like they wanted me to leave happy instead of empty-handed. I recently went to view a 2015 Honda Odyssey here and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The vehicle had several issues that were not disclosed in the listing, including a missing sunshade and a cigarette burn on the driver’s seat. More concerning, it appeared quite obvious that the vehicle had been involved in an accident, despite the ad clearly stating “NO ACCIDENT”. The overall condition of the van was also unacceptable.
