I’ve been buying from UbyKate for 5 years and have 5 pieces that I wear all the time. What prompted me to post this review was a recent experience I had where I purchased a ring as a present for my mum online. They had sold out of that particular ring and offered me a gorgeous replacement and then sent it by express post to make sure I got it in time for her birthday. My mum has fallen in love with that ring and refuses to take it off. Just amazing jewellery backed by amazing customer service. What more could you want?
