Highly recommend UBX! Matty, Jermaine and the rest of the UBX team create such a supportive and welcoming environment, and the workouts are always different, challenging and fun. I trained at a regular gym for years and couldn't hack an early morning session, but easily worked out in the mornings 3x a week at UBX. I saw great progress with both my boxing and strength within weeks. Thanks team!
