Actually love this gym it keeps your spirits high very accommodating to injuries,last but not least the Trainers Coach Jermaine omg this young guy the push he gives will leave your head spinning 😉 in a good way highly recommended UBX for the win.... Ouaaaaa
Highly recommend UBX! Matty, Jermaine and the rest of the UBX team create such a supportive and welcoming environment, and the workouts are always different, challenging and fun. I trained at a regular gym for years and couldn't hack an early morning session, but easily worked out in the mornings 3x a week at UBX. I saw great progress with both my boxing and strength within weeks. Thanks team!
