UBX Elsternwick is unreal! I’ve tried so many other gyms and styles of workouts and nothing has really stuck. But I’ve been here for nearly 2 years, done 300 sessions and have never loved exercising more. Michael and the team are so welcoming and enthusiastic. After having my first child they really helped my confidence in getting my strength and fitness back. Feel pretty happy I’ve found this place :)
2024 has arrived and I am excited to continue my 5th year as a UBX Elsternwick member. Having lasted up to 12 months only, in traditional gyms, I am so proud of myself and what I have achieved. I am 64, I have survived a cardiac arrest and I am loving life because of the UBX trainers and the member community. Great gym with a great concept. Love the fact you can train at anytime and jump into the exercises, which change every day so you never get bored. The trainers, Michael, Becc, Tom and Nick are great too...
UBX has a fantastic team of trainers, who are extremely warm and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere for their community. They're also extremely knowledgeable, and fantastic coaches across boxing and general gym workout techniques. UBX caters for all speed, fitness and sociability types. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend this gym more! I’ve always done sports and gone to the gym since a young age, but never reached the body “shape” I have since joining UBX. And the team is simply fantastic, they’ve helped me through a leg surgery recovery by adjusting and changing the circuit so I could still workout regardless of the temporary impairment and constantly and consistently checked on me. Michael, Nick and Bec, you are all extremely helpful and caring. Love you guys!!
