The UBuildit Team was a great partnership for our land development and home building process. We are DIYers, so this type of process was perfect for us. The entire team was helpful and engaged from start to finish. I highly recommend them and this type build process if you are willing to get involved and desire high reward from your sweat equity!

Chance, Duane, Kayla and the entire UBuildIt Raleigh team are amazing. If you want to control/manage your home build and truly be a part of everything this is a great opportunity. Chance and Duane are incredible at walking you through the process, managing subs, and keeping your project moving along. Their experience in construction and project management is superb. We began clearing land in September of 2023 and moved into our home in July of 2024. Duane, Chance and Kayla are great to work with -- they are incredibly organized, honest and communicative throughout the entire process.
