We signed a contract with Michael on 2/15/20 for an ADU and an addition. He had hired Jon Allen Construction to do the job. He immediately started the demo(found out later not legal because he never pulled permits) to make sure his foot was in the door. We signed up for construction loans through a company he recomended at 0 APR for 18 months. The project should have been done by then.
