I work with these people every day, and they are extremely rude. They get a nasty tone as soon as they answer the phone. They do not like to answer client calls, they do not want whats best for the client. My broker there rarely called me, and he almost never discussed what the best options were for my retirement account. This company is bad, bad, bad. I have since moved my account and am now getting great customer service from Edward Jones!
