For what drove 2 hours for nothing all u wanted to do was a factory reset which when I told u I had allrdy done a factory reset you said it was unrepair able what good are yall do yall not keep parts on hand or order parts gess not

Cashier was awesome, super helpful, girl with piercings, two septums in both nostrils. But the guy In the back forgot to order my part, and I had a time crunch due to a flight I had to take on the 1st, couldn't get my phone fixed in time because he forgot to order the part. Said he forgot to call to update us as well, so I had no idea until I called myself to see when to pick up the phone. Cashier was awesome though. I think it was her boss who messed up. Phone wouldn’t charge unless it was in a certain position. Brought it in to be looked at and Madison cleaned it and now I have no problems. Maybe took 5 minutes. Will definitely come back if any issues arise.

Amazing service, friendly front desk, and very quick repair! The cost of my phone repair was _much_ cheaper than their competitors. :)
