UPDATE — RESOLVED WITH A REFUND After going through the work weekend without a fully functional phone, I was contacted at the end of the workday Monday with an option to resolve the speaker issue by waiting for additional parts to be ordered and having my phone repaired again. Been here a few times for repairs now and its always great service, fair price and great product! This is definitely my go to repair shop
Very easy repair process, they understood my issues and immediately knocked it out. They also committed to one week turnaround time, and true to find that they called me and had it ready for pick up right within that window.
Ben was a fantastic fixer! I will go into that location again. He was very thorough with what they did and what they found and fixed my screen beautifully.
I was hesitant to get my phone repaired because I didn’t know if the screen saver or my actual screen on the phone was cracked. Ben quickly set my mind at ease. He took time to ensure that the new screen saver (the culprit) was installed with no air bubbles. I will definitely be back if another other issues arise with my phone.
