I came here with a very damaged phone and a very anxious attitude and Houston saved the FREAKING DAY. I walked into what could have been a spa, I mean, we are talking immaculate vibes. I honestly could not be more disappointed with how this place treated us. We took my husband’s phone in on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm and the Tech promised the phone would be done tomorrow. Fast forward to tomorrow, I get off work at 3, and called twice to confirm the phone was still good for me to pick up as it was over an hour drive. No one answered the phone, so I assumed the best and trusted the Tech. Tony, Lucas and Fayne were super helpful and resourceful with whatever questions I had for my service and any recommended avenues to think about as an alternative. They fixed my phones super quickly and were so patient with all the questions I had. You guys are freaking awesome!!!!
