I recently contacted one of your authorized service providers regarding a warranty repair for my mobile device, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite my device being under warranty, the representative advised me to go directly to a Samsung store instead of assisting me, which defeats the purpose of having authorized service centers.
