Dude at the counter needs a vacation. No customer skills were demonstrated. He behaved like I was wasting his time.

Took a broken tablet in. Was greeted by Anmol. He was friendly. Gave me a couple of options. Repair was completed faster than quoted. I'd go back here for future device repairs.

Honestly I’ve had some of the best service I’ve ever had today, I brought my PS5 here after taking it to geek squad and was rudely dismissed I was greeted with awesome service and they asked questions about my ps5 hdmi and what happened to break it and once it was done we did info and the employee was quick with it trying to not take up too much time and they gladly took it for a reasonable price, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because it isn’t repaired yet but when it’s repaired I bet it will be 5 stars!😁
