I think I stumbled across the last company on the planet willing to put customers above profit – and doing so while providing amazing customer service. I took my phone in around noon on a Saturday (9/30), thinking I needed the battery replaced. The store was extremely busy, and with only one person working the front desk for a good while, I did have to wait at least 45 minutes to talk with someone.
