Absolutely a horrible experience spent 4 hours waiting for ubreakifix and Samsung to work together to get my phone fixed... pretty much held you hostage because the two organizations systems do not work together so they cannot see that my phone is covered with Samsung Care Plus and so I waited literally for hours
Everyone was very kind and patient, especially the girl who took care of me at closing time!!
Staff was great. Very knowledgeable and had my phone fixed back up and running in about 1.5 hr Thank you !
