I was met at the counter by Damien with enormous enthusiasm and friendliness, a very cheerful person. He explained what had to be done and checked for parts to ensure it was possible. He gave me an accurate assessment of the time it would take and was able to complete the job just as promised. The payment was made to Lacy who is also a very professional and hard working individual. The whole experience was very professional and well done. I will definitely return if I need another repair.

I was in a panic! My Samsung S22 phone was completely dead and unresponsive. Expecting to be told that nothing could be done and all my Contact numbers would be lost. But no, the young man named Damion told me that he would take a look and let me know within an hour or two if it could be saved. In less than an hour he called to say he had the phone working again! Yay! He made my day! Thank you Damion!
