Started out good with the check in. Ended up getting the computer back in worse shape than dropping it off. Was told that the price to repair would be more than what the computer cost. They could have at least returned it to me in the same shape as I dropped it off. Also lost a $60 deposit since we decided not to have them repair. Was not very satisfied with the end results.
David was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in the time he said.
They did good & fast
Anthony the manager provided assistance with me phone while I waited and it works better connecting to the charging cord than it has in awhile!
