I made my appointment through my phone carrier AT&T. Had an appointment at 10am. Check in and drop off was quick and easy and took less than 5 minutes. Both gentleman who work are friendly and nice and greeted me when I walked in. I have an iPhone and was not aware of the Find My feature and Adam told me for security purposes that he recommends I turn on that feature to protect the phone if it was ever stolen and it will help against anyone trying to access my information that shouldn’t. Terrible. Kept my phone for hours and it wasn't repaired when I picked it up. I left it, was told it would be repaired regardless of claim issues.
Outstanding service!!! Was so simple to him but I couldn’t figure it out. He was super professional and nice!
