UBreakiFix provided great customer service and fast parts replacement, but I did have issues due to crack trimming on my sons computer frame and the plastic cover was left on the camera which caused delayed in his studies. I would recommend this business because they corrected my issues and updated communication when problem was resolved.
Dealt with Benjamin at the Hiram store. Very impressed with his customer service skill and prompt service. He appeared to go out of his way to insure a seamless, positive repair experience from start to finish. Totally satisfied! Thanks Benjamin!
