Kendrick was amazing. He was very thorough. Explained what he was doing and why so I understood. I'm not tech savvy so this was great. Patient with me and my questions. He greeted me when I came in with a smile and what can I do for you. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Don't lose Kendrick; he's a rare find in today's time.

While the reps I spoke to were kind and did their best to be helpful, I am not at all satisfied with the service I received. After a friend recommended uBreakiFix for stellar customer service and helpful advice, I brought in my first-gen iPad Pro with a charging port issue on March 30, and I had to pay $70 upfront just for troubleshooting.
