I called them on the phone at 11:20 to ensure that we could bring my phone up there to be fixed. They lady said yes you can walk in no need for an appointment. I let her know we would be there asap. My husband drove up there (40 minute drive) only to be told they cant help us that they only had one screen and its been used already by someone else. What a waste of time and gas.
Brought them a Note 10+ with a broken screen to repair the screen. Had to order a new screen for $335 and then was told I also had to have a new back on the phone for $109. They ordered both, dropped the WORKING phone off at 11am when they opened, 7 hours later, after they told me they could not repair it, I went to get the phone. Wait in line for 20 minutes, for them to give me my broken screen phone back. When I get it back, it will not turn on.
