Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. Does not make us older folks feel foolish. Very nice.
Not all that impressed. Tried calling the day before I went to get pricing on a battery replacement and no one answered (yes, it was during business hours). I went to next day only to wait in line over a half hour to find out it's 40$ more than to have replaced at Best Buy. Could saved a lot of time and frustration had they would've just answered the phone.
Right in the price range I was expecting. Same day service. They were done before the original time estimate. Phone works great.
