Edit to add: they don’t actually offer free diagnostics and they don’t know how to fix gaming consoles. They just make money from diagnostic fee. Amazinggggg customer service from Emerald. She def needs a promotion or raise after what I witnessed with a rowdy customer today. Emerald stayed super professional and did what she could to try and help the customer. Plus she was super easy to engage with. My phone’s charger port randomly stopped working and it was fixed pretty quickly by Johnluis. Will definitely be back. Thanks!!
