The gentleman helped me was very friendly and listen to my problem completely Before attempting to help me. Of which he actually fixed it for me right then and there. I couldn’t even happier. I got to leave the store with my phone. there was a very short wait time. That I thought was reasonable amount of time.
Great customer service! I had an issue with my phone and these guys gave me a few different options. In the end, a good FREE cleaning of the charging port was a good solution for the time being. Really appreciate when a business doesn’t push me to the most expensive option, but instead try to work with me to find the right balance between cost and need.
