My experience was a bit frustrating, as there was quite a bit of lack in communication throughout the process of having my daughter’s MacBook repaired. I had to reach out a couple of times to find out where we were in the process. An employee admitted that he dropped the ball on coordinating the sending out of the laptop, to whoever they had doing the repair.
