Horrible, scammers, no customer service. I dropped off a laptop in June 2024 for a broken hinge, where screen meets keyboard. My screen worked, keyboard was working. I was able to charge it, turn it off and turn it on. I was not able to drop off the laptop right away, so I was still able to use the laptop the only thing I could not do was close it. After originally planning a repair in Stamford, I was told they could not repair my phone as their Samsung systems were down, so I had to drive 30 mins to this location. Samsung set this appointment up for me. After driving there, they told me their same day repairs were full for the day so I would have to come back. I drove back today, sat for 3 hours in a coffee shop while they repaired the device. After getting back home I tested my charging issue and it still has the same issue. Bad Experience I don’t want to talk bad about a business but it was not good .😞
I went to this place late in the day (around 4:30) because I shattered my phone leaving work. I was really praying someone would fix it, multiple other places told me no. When I came here, Gamid was working by himself in the store, said he could fix my phone even though he had multiple other phones in front of mine before the store closed. He had it done in an hour. Amazing service, so fast, and my phone is good as new! Thank you so much!
