These guys saved me! I had a big work project and brought my older mac to the genius bar. They told me it was a ten dollar part and would only take 45 mins to fix, and then proceeded to hold on to my computer for almost a week with no updates. Since they found other issues with my computer (that were not impacting me at all) they wouldn't make the small repair without fixing everything, which made no sense on an older computer. Absolutely great experience. They are little more expensive than other places. Definitely worth the extra money $35.00 . Knowledgeable staff. Answer all questions. I wont go anywhere else for phone repairs. Highly recommend them. Westport Ave store in Norwalk 06851.
Everyone was very helpful. They had to get a new screen before my new phone could be fixed though. As they had none in that size in stock. Came a few days later due to the snow we had. But I got it fixed and it works great. The people I spoke to were all very helpful and kind.
