I highly recommend this business. Both employees with whom I had contact were super patient and very knowledgeable with this 85 year old customer.They knew answers to questions when I didn't understand the questions. Going in I was extremely anxious about the process and the time involved (this is my only phone) and the cost. I had my phone back in the estimated time of 2-3 hours and, thanks to these guys, I learned I had insurance coverage through my carrier. I am very appreciative.
