My phone dropped on the street a few days ago and it had 4 dings on it and I remembered seeing this store near the Karn's Market. So I headed over here yesterday and a very kind young man named Chance asked to remove my screen protector. Fortunately the screen protector had absorbed the hit on the street and the dings were not on the phone. Was from out of area and needed phone screen replaced. Going to 2 different Verizon stores in area and no luck getting issue resolved and not having any way to communicate with family back home, Sixto and staff at this establishment where professional, courteous and quick with getting my phone dilemma resolved. Not to many places that have staff who really take the time to solve issues like Sixto did this day. When I get home im looking up store in my area and will let family and friends know about this place also. Great job... read more
