After my cat decided to break off my charger in my laptop port I needed help getting it out. I went to Staples and their techs didn't know what to do, then tried Best Buy, well don't bother with them the Geek Squad had no idea. They both wanted me to buy a new laptop. You have gone corporate. You will not fix phones older than a few years even if you can because the cell phone conglomerate (...ung) forbids you from doing so. Money walking.... Good news is I fixed it.
I contacted Samsung to have my Fold6 screen protector replaced under warranty. I had to make an appointment, so I assumed I would wait while they replaced the screen, but I had to drop it off and make a second trip to pick it up. The replacement screen didn't even last a week before it started peeling and showing bubbles. The guy at the counter stated the replacement would not last as long as the original, but I didn't expect it to fail within days.
