I had a frankly trivial problem that Noah fixed quite readily and easily. He did not make me feel bad about it he just did it. If I ever have more serious problems I will return here.
The support representative was friendly and provided prompt, effective service for a battery issue with my Pixel 7, which wasn’t powering on at all. He first suggested replacing the battery as a possible fix. When that didn’t resolve the issue, he transparently explained the next step—further diagnosis involving the motherboard—and its potential cost. They were kind and helpful - did not actually fix my device but thats Googles fault for opening a work order after they told me to come to this shop. Will reach out to Google to see if they can submit the word order here to them instead.
