I got there without an appointment, was greeted quickly and professionally. I had a broken screen, some issues with forgetting passwords and all those things that happen. Was in and out with new screen, calibration, cleaning, etc. within 15-20 minutes (tops). I would HIGHLY recommend this site… DO NOT waste your time with the store on Camelback in Phoenix. Thank you gentlemen for taking care of my phone and my needs in an expedited time!
Excellent service! They were very knowledgeable, kind and responded quickly. I appreciated their help!!
Wonderful customer service they got the parts within a couple of days and had it fixed right at the time I needed it. Thank you.!!!!
With the recent new management taking over, customer service and satisfaction is drastically improved!
