Terrible customer service they notice spot in corner and tried to blame failure refused to cover screen under warranty but would not provide in writing, I got screen fixed same issue less then year ago from this place

Came in with water damaged iPhone that took an accidental drink of pool water, causing the green screen of death. Despite the staff being transparent about the likelihood of repair being low (10% odds with chlorine water damage and a couple day delay), they said they would take it in and see what they could do. Jared handled the repair and, to my surprise, was able to restore it by replacing the damaged screen and battery within one business day! I definitely lucked out - water damage is no joke!
