while the employees were relatively fast, i am extremely disappointed by the service i received to get my laptop fixed. the employees did not properly explain the cost of my repair until i came to pick up my fixed laptop, at which point they said i owed $600 in full. and additionally, i had to pay $150 for them to reverse the repair and let me leave with my broken laptop. i really hope they do better at explaining their costs/plans, especially to younger people. while they were relatively quick, i think this experience will ... read more
