I have an Older Mac that froze up on me . I brought it to Ubreakifix in the Gulch area. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ryan . I assumed I would be dropping the computer off and picking it up in a few days. Ryan immediately went to work troubleshooting the computer. Within 15 minutes he was able to restore the computer to perfect working order. This place is incredibly unprofessional. I brought my Asus ROG Strix Advantage Edition 2022 edition laptop into their store. I found out that my two stepsons had spilled Zaxby's sauce on the side of the couch. And some of it made it into the laptop. Laptop would not power on. So I thought it was maybe some sauce damage. Brought it to this company to take a look at it and to do a cleaning. They did no diagnosis of the device whatsoever. They could not tell me why it could not power on.
