Work Surface Pro computer would not turn on. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and was told 3-5 days to get a diagnosis. Anthony set expectations realistically (they might break the glass screen in opening it up, they may not be able to fix it, it may be a better plan to buy a new one). By Tuesday noon they fixed it, temporarily, as there's a blown power inductor chip. They jump started it and at least I'm up and running until I get a new computer.
