Quotes me two weeks without even looking, went to another location and got the HDMI Port fixed in 3hours. Don’t offer a service if you can’t fulfill the service. Literally a scam
I had a fantastic experience with both the McKnight and Cranberry uBreakiFix locations. The McKnight store didn’t have the part I needed, but they went above and beyond by arranging for the Cranberry store to have everything ready for my arrival. When I got there, they were prepared to fix my phone right away. Both stores were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely use them again!
Terrible. I do not recommend. We were sent here from Dell to get a business laptop repaired. Ubreakifix said that their system showed our service had expired. It had not and still had 16 months left on the contract. They refused to look at it. We called Dell back, who assured us we had coverage and sent us a box to ship it to them for repair. The short story - do not use them for a Dell repair. Ask Dell to send you a box and ship it through them. It’s much easier than unnecessary waits and multiple trips to a store that has ... read more
