Overall my PC was able to be fixed which is a plus, however the communication and time frame of the fix was pretty awful. Initially quoted 2 weeks for a repair. Laptop had to be shipped out which is understandable, as well as a part being ordered. However when it takes 6 weeks, and the latest update I get when I call every week is, “we are still waiting for the part to be shipped”, that seems a bit excessive and unacceptable.
