Jack Jones was terrific! He fixed my phone the day I brought in. My phone is like brand new and works great! Thanks Jack.
Jack was super helpful in repairing the battery issue on my wife's phone. Unfortunately the previous battery had burst and caused hidden damage we couldn't know about until later that night. Store was nice, clean, and well staffed. Jack and the other employee we spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful. Repair done quickly. Unfortunately the phone isn't functioning but that's not Jack's fault.

He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my phone, and just three hours later—it was fixed and ready for pickup the same day! Fast, efficient, and friendly service.
