I brought my iPhone to ubreakifix because I had dirt and lint in my charging port. The man at the store removed the debris in about two minutes, handed me my phone and said, “Have a great day.” He fixed my phone for free. I really appreciate that. It didn’t take him long, sure. But he had the tools to do it, I didn’t and he could’ve charged me for that reason alone. I’m grateful that he didn’t and will return to the store if I ever need help in the future.
outstanding service and getting my phone fixed. i would recommend any of my friends, family if they find themselves in a bind. grateful they were able to get it done in a timely manner. i would definitely use them again
I had an appointment today 03/14/26. I was that at 3pm and the store was closed. I never got any notification saying that they will be close today. I will change this once I see if they will be open on Wednesday
Horrible drive almost 45 after seating an online appointment and received texts to confirm said appointment today to find the store is closed on sundays and mondays no mention of this there site shows open currently don’t waste your time this place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or support why send confirmation for today when you’re closed this isn’t how business these days should be managed or ran horrible horrible horrendous
Yep it’s just that bad. Ruined my sons birthday legit wow your company I heard better about but guess it’s true who cares clearly not yinz. Make an appointment to repair his ps and get confirmation on said times drive 40 min to a hand written sign closed Sunday and Monday then why does online say open why are you sending us confirmation texts of Mondays appointments and even one after the appointment time saying you missed us what come on our sons adopted mother/grandma passed in Jan this ps was one last things she bought hi... read more
