TL;DR - Process made way more difficult than needed when a representative refused to manually input claim details and told us that their manager wouldn't be back until Monday 06/22 until pressed by our provider to follow normal procedures as contractually obligated. My phone was not charging so I took it in to be looked at. The gentleman that helped me went in the back and cleaned the charging port and now its charging again like a champ! Thank you soooo much. Very nice service, I appreciate you, thanks!
