I had to drop off my phone for repair and I got here before closing time of 7PM. The store had already closed around 6:45PM. I have to unecessarily make another trip.
Easy experience with the team. They quickly replaced a battery in a dell XPS 15. Justin was a great guy to deal with on this transaction.
Fast and was free
Had a Galaxy S22 in perfect condition that I brought in earlier in the year for battery replacement. Picked up the phone and it had scratches on the screen. They compensated for the fix but the Ubreakifix warranty was still in place. In June the phone got wet for 20 seconds in a few inches of water.
