I had an issue with my charging port and they were able to resolve it in a few minutes. Great and quick service.
I had an appointment for my Samsung because I needed the screen protector replaced. I specifically provided my phone model and the reason for the appointment when I booked it. I left work early and drove about 25 minutes to get there, only to be told that they did not have the screen protector in stock. The employee literally looked up my appointment in their system while I was standing there. No one contacted me beforehand to let me know they couldn’t perform the service I had scheduled.
