No fuss, great customer service, employees that are well-trained and knowledgeable, and prices that are reasonable as well. All in all, a great place to get your tech items repaired! Fantastic service. I came in with a warranty screen repair. Phone was fixed and picked up within two hours and like new
I was having problems charging my iPhone13 mini. Another place told me I needed a new charge cord but turned ("everything else was fine" not to be the problem. I went to see Jon at the North Wales, PA location and within 5 minutes the problem was resolved. Jon discovered dust in the phone he took care of it at No Charge! I will certainly go there again. Thanks, Jon.
