They resolved all my phone issues in a short period of time, very professional
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR PHONE. I regret the day I did. They breached my private photos (private folders with private photos) on my phone. There is no reason a company needs your passcode to repair a screen and the men who work here acted as if they needed my password to repair my screen. When I got my phone back I checked my screen time to find that they had access my photos for 8 minutes. When I confronted them they had no answers as to why this would have happened. I have had a great experience. They did whatever they could to fix my phone. I appreciate their work ethic and integrity.
The staff was courteous and professional. Is the repairs were performed adequately. My complaint , is that it was over a week after I brought in my laptop that parts were even ordered for it. No one was able to explain this delay to me.....
