Brought my Nintendo switch in to have the card reader replaced November 15. The worker was professional and polite. Was told the part had to be ordered and the repair would take around 10 days. Called on November 22 and was told by a polite lady that the repair was not done because the part had not come in. Went to the store on November 29. Was told the repair was not done due to parts not coming in. Then the agent told me that the part wasn’t ordered till November 25. Appointment was super simple to schedule through their website. Borought the device in and dropped off for repair. Was ready for pickup 45 minutes later. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will bring any more devices that require repair to this location without a doubt.
Repair whent quick and customer satisfaction. Very polite and informative.
