You gave it your best.
You were fantastic! My husband destroyed his phone and no one who knew anything about phone service could transfer his information from one phone to the other. And we all know that we welcome our whole lives on the phones any more. You were able to do it with very little cost.But it works worth a million dollars to have it done. My husband is eighty four years old and needed that line of communication desperately. I cannot thank you enough!
They fixed it but not at a timely manner. And also when they needed info to unlock the bitlocker they never and didnt care to contact me so if I contacted them and it would take even longer if i didnt. This laptop was for my daughter's homeschooling and she missed on assignment because of the untimely manner and also for not contacting me to get the info so I can get the laptop sooner.. it took 22days to replace a screen...ridiculous
This is a very competent and friendly staff that is dealing with a tough system (phone carriers, insurance etc) Patience is a must for the customer
