UPDATE 4/28: We learned from another uBreakiFix location that the issue caused by the failure of the Martinsuburg location is not fixable and after speaking to the General manger for the area, were told we should get a replacement iPad. However, Junior, the manager of the Martinsburg location has since REFUSED and said that we must allow him to "send it away" and that he will NOT be replacing the iPad, despite what the General Manager said stating it "Is not up to him" So, we took our daughter's iPad in for repair after she ... read more
