Unfortunatly they could fix my old XBox. It was toast. But they tried like crazy. Great folks who will certainly help you out if they can.
Scheduled an appointment to get my phone repaired due to broke screen. They called my broke phone to confirm appointment and did not arrive because I did not answer a broke phone. They did not email me which I can respond to but instead just do not arrive. I live alone and am disabled! If I had an alternative phone number I would have provided this as a contact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead they just skip my appointment and leave a person with terminal cancer no way to contact emergency services if I needed them!
