Waste of time. I'm only home a few days each month. In March, I brought my Dell laptop in to assess options for a new keyboard. I was told it was still covered by an extended warranty, but they could not perform the repair before I had to leave town. I made plans to bring it in, in April when I could leave it for the week. Dropped it off on Monday, April 20 and I advised Jessie I had to have it back by COB on Friday the 24th. "No problem, it should be ready on Wednesday."
