My phone developed a problem on the screen where it was showing a pink line intermittently. This was a known defect with the Pixel 8, and Google had special warranty coverage for the issue. I was able to walk in and get my phone's screen replaced in less than half an hour.
Service was quick and easy. They had to order the parts, which took a couple days. But that was expected. After receiving confirmation that the parts had arrived, i went by the store, dropped off my phone, and a couple of hours later i had my phone back good as new. Customer service at the store was timely and professional. Great first experience with these guys. Definitely would recommend.
My man Jessi is the real deal, locked me in once I made my claim and made this nothing but the easiest process. Dropped off my phone for maybe 2 hours and came back to nothing but the most professional product walked me through what steps he took and made sure I was good to go. Also got me right with screen protector I’m almost sad I won’t have to see him again.
Came in with a completely non-functional screen and they repaired it super fast! They also tested to make sure the motherboard wasn't damaged and causing some of the issues which put my mind at ease a little more. Obviously screen replacements aren't cheap but the swift and friendly service made the cost much more bearable!
