Guy went to the back to check a price match, got distracted and forgot I was waiting. Started gossiping about some guy who wanted a battery.
Scheduled an appointment thru Samsung for 10, called to rs my appointment to 1. I drove 45 mins there and arrived at 11:45 to a sign saying they couldn't take any more repair claims today. The store doesnt close for another 6 hours and I had an appointment so I went in. They sent one person away til Monday, they were nice enough to him.
