Guy went to the back to check a price match, got distracted and forgot I was waiting. Started gossiping about some guy who wanted a battery.
Scheduled an appointment thru Samsung for 10, called to rs my appointment to 1. I drove 45 mins there and arrived at 11:45 to a sign saying they couldn't take any more repair claims today. The store doesnt close for another 6 hours and I had an appointment so I went in. They sent one person away til Monday, they were nice enough to him. The next person they said she needed to bring her phone back on Wednesday after they had already taken it apart. Her battery was expanding. Adrian and Antwon (I could have their names wrong, so sorry if I do) were amazing and helped me restore my phone images and video! They were patient with me and worked for a few days to help me resolve my issue. Over the course of the few days, I witnessed them help a multitude of people. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. Amazing job and many, many thanks!!!
