I smashed (dropped) my phone yesterday!! Filed a claim through Verizon and CORY here got me taken care of and then some! It’s amazing these days to be provided a service & customer service all in one! Thank you.
Never received a call that it was repaired. I left a message for them to contact me so that I could give them a code. I thought they would call when they were less busy.
