I had to get my screen and a camera lens repaired through my VZ wireless insurance. The Owings Mills location was closest to me. They called me within a half hour of my claim being submitted to see when I could come in. Andre let me know it would be around 2 hours for the repair. I dropped it off the next day and waited in the area. I checked back in and just under 2 hours, it was complete and looked great. Ryan was the tech that did the actual repair.
