They staff were professional, personal, and helpful. Ultimately, they weren’t able to salvage our device, but they did the best they could do.

My experience was excellent!!!! I dropped my laptop off Friday afternoon and wasn't expecting it to be ready for a few days. Well, to my suprise I received a call Friday evening alerting me it was ready for pickup;)!!!!! The staff is always kind, friendly and very informative. I appreciate the fact that they listen to your problem and are not trying to just rush you out the door like other places.
