I am completely appreciative and thankful for the work Alexx did on my phone! He was on time, worked with me and my work schedule, and had my phone repaired before I even knew it! Reached out to a few ubreakifix locations for an emergency phone repair and this location was one of the only ones that could do the fix within warranty and immediately. Other locations told us to come back in a few weeks once parts became available which was not ideal. The service here was incredible! Stopped in because all of by pictures on my phone were gone. Couldn't find them anywhere. He took my phone to his bench and came back in 5 minutes with my Gallery restored. Thanks so much Bill
