I'm a Verizon customer and since they have started using UBreakIFix for insurance claims, I have had nothing but amazing service and interactions. They came out to my work and replaced my screen while I sat at my desk and continued to work. No downtime and I didn't have to even walk into a store. The techs are fantastic and super helpful.
