The manager Taylor is the reason for this one star review. He was sarcastic, rude, and obviously does not like his job. When I arrived at this site he took 15 minutes to come out (while I heard him in the back saying negative things about people that don't speak English) and when he did he was furious as the waiting room had piled up full of customers. Literally the worst service, takes so long. The guy looked stressed out but they just seemed so unorganized. I was waiting in my car for an extra hour because it was delayed.
