Highly recommend this Mobile Klinic location for professionalism and courteousness. My wife had a very positive experience purchasing a phone here, and Fred was very adept at solving a problem with my phone at no charge. We should support places like this!
Front door is locked and you have to show photo ID in order to be let in, which is a bit off-putting. I’m sure there’s a good reason for it. They helped us with our query, no more, no less.
Fred provided excellent service and advice, even staying open a little past closing to ensure we had completed everything thoroughly.
Yesterday's visit was excellent as usual. Kayla (sp?) was very patient and helpful with our various questions and problems. She helped us select the most cost efficient option. We left feeling like we should have paid more for all the great help. I'm so lucky to have found Mobile Klinik.
Lovely staff who were very helpful. Took the time to look over my phone... I would recommend going here for all your cell phone fix it needs
