Not great service. I went to get Public mobile sim and they didn't even try to help out on how to redeem the latest offers on it. Very dry in their responses & weren't very knowledgeable either
I thought the glass screen on my phone was cracked but the people at Mobile Klinik said it was the screen saver. They applied a new one and it was done quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled and really happy with the service I received.
Very friendly staff. Kyla was super helpful and did a free diagnostic for my husband's phone that had charging issues. Fast turn around, only took about an hour. Thanks Kyla!
They told me they needed to replace the entire back panel to repair the broken camera glass on my Pixel for a cost of $250. Then they tried to sell me on a Telus contract in order to get a discount. The plan they offered wasn't even competitive. I walked down the street to an independent shop and had the glass repaired next day for $50.
