I had a very disappointing experience with Mobile Klinik. I came in to replace the rear camera glass on my iPhone 12 Pro. The phone has three rear cameras, and the glass on one of them was cracked. They replaced the glass, but only three days later the new glass completely fell out on its own. It didn’t crack — it just came off, which clearly shows extremely poor installation quality. Always had prompt and excellent service.
I came in to ask for check up on my phone because the charging port is loose, turns out it just needs cleaning and they said they don’t charge for it. I was surprised when they said that! There was another customer too asking questions, they have answers right away for every question. Highly recommend! They know their stuff and very professional!
