Wanted to sell an old iPhone that needed a new battery which would cost 65 to 75 dollars to refurbish. Was offered a new screen protector instead of a store credit. Good customer service!

I went to them with what I assume was a bug or virus . Asked if he could work his magic and have it done in a few hours as I was flying home the next day. He rang a few hours later on a loaner saying all good.$140. I was happy with speed, not so the price. Got back to my motel and phone was still playing up, he only put on a ad blocker, which didn't fix problem. Back in Australia, 20 minutes and $30 later phone was good as gold.
