Technician Paul was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone after it was submerged in water. They even stayed open past their closing time in order to get it done the same day. Extremely impressed with the service.
Cannot recommend enough. I had chucked my old HP Pavilion laptop into a drawer a couple of years ago because the charger port had gone wonky. Brought it in last week and they opened her up, replaced the port, and gave her a good cleaning. Thrilled with the attentive and friendly service and happy to have it up and running rather than replacing it.
