They replaced my S24 Ultra's screen same day, they were friendly and professional. They explained that the phone could be subject to increased costs of repair because it was a refurbished phone and sometimes that can complicate things during their repair. They could have charged me extra and claimed they ran into complications, but they were honest and the final bill ended up being the lower of the price range they provided. Very impressed with their service!

I broke my screen and was getting ready to go away. Rogers couldn't guarantee getting my phone back to me or have a replacement while they fixed it. They suggested Mobile Klinik. I went to the one on Norwest Rd. Very friendly helpful had my phone fixed in less than 90 min. He will even throw in a free case of you want that is safe...( Mind you it is a huge cardboard box with foam inserts!)
