So far, our family took 3 of our devices to be repaired at this shop. Each time, they did a really good job of diagnosing and fixing the problems each device had. The communication is really excellent- they kept us up-to-date on the status of repair via text messaging and emails. They gave us approximate dates when repairs would be done and ready for pickup.
