I am a Consumer Cellular customer. They used to have a section in the Target stores for questions and problems. Now they are using UBreak IFix to replace that. My older phone was 95% full of storage. I got a sim card and they installed it and moved my videos on it. It was very crowded in the small store and I had to wait almost an hour. Renzo was EXCELLENT! Timely, courteous, very approachable, and professional. I'm always a bit cautious letting people come to my home but I felt very comfortable! He was efficient and my phone "is all better". Thank you!
My Google Pixel 8 Pro phone screen went kablooey. The men at ubreakifix were wonderful. The repair was covered by a Google extended warranty. I've already programmed their phone number into my contacts. My laptop recently died. I'm planning to have the guys there transfer my files over, once I buy a new laptop.
