DO NOT GO! They NEVER updated/called me, there was no quick turnaround (that they promise), they worked on part of my console that was not the problem, and then never actually fixed my console. I previously had this at 5 stars, but my recent experience has completely changed that. I took my PlayStation in for WiFi problems through Asurion+ and was told it would take a week. I call a week to get an update and was told my PlayStation would be looked at that day. I wait 2 days and have to call again to ask for an update, and on... read more
I was so very pleased that they were able to replace the battery for my Pixel 4a & 7a whose batteries were damaged from the latest update. They are always super busy, but have great customer service!
They lie about the problems and sell a insurance to you and they say they will.cover it but the insurance doesn't cover it. Horrible staff and knowledge now out over 750 because if incompetent staffing
