Do not recommend for long term fix. Took my ps5 to get fixed for the hdmi. Worked for a couple months and stopped again. So instead took it to a small individual electronic shop and they broke it down to show me the hdmi was never fixed correctly , missing a bracket that holds it as well that they must’ve not put back , and they did not add back the seals and liquid needed to keep the ps5 cool. Tyler @ the Crossroads store in Cary, NC, was AWESOME in helping me figute out solutions, to my phone problem that no one seemed to be able to fix at Verizon. When they couldn't help me with my HP he was good at giving me instructions on what needed to be done and how and where I could go to get it taken care of. Not every vendor is willing to do that which earned my respect and future business. Tyler great job on actually providing outstanding customer service.
