My phone was repaired in front of my house from the van of the technician. He text me his arrival time,Technician was on time for the appointment. he was respectful helpful and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable. my phone screen was fixed fairly quickly brand new. Before he fixed my phone he explains step by step to me. He also explain what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. I was very happy with the outcome. I'm happy AT&T use them as a service for phone repairs. Thank you.
I've had Devine, who is very nice, fix two phones this year. Both went very quickly and were done well. A+ do recommend!
