John and Ben helped me out greatly and got my phone fixed in amazing time!
My, oh, my, they were a huge help in getting my Samsung galaxy 23 ultra screen and back replaced with good timing and at a reasonable pricing. A big thanks to Benjamin for handeling the work of a saint!

I drove 2 hours to get my daughter’s phone repaired, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The first visit, we were unable to turn off Find My iPhone immediately, and the employee refused to let me reset my daughter’s password because they were “closing in 60 seconds.” Instead of offering basic customer service or a solution, he was rude and dismissive.
