Absolute garbage service, was just hung up on by someone whom the first agent transferred me to without any warning after asking for an update on my device repair. Been trying to have my device repaired for 5 days, no one could tell me what certain repair options meant despite my clear ask that I need to have the device repaired to do a data transfer at home. Complete waste of time/energy, DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES TO THIS LOCATION
