Mike and Joseph are awesome!!! They saved me hundreds of dollars by suggesting I send my uninsured phone to Samsung, where it was repaired under warranty (which didnt occur to me).They could have repaired it themselves and charged me a ton. They are super nice and honest guys, and I truly appreciate them!!!
I took my phone into ubreakifix for a cracked screen repair and they helped me out a lot it, I expected the worse thinking it was going to be expensive but I was not at all and I appreciate you guys for helping me out.
Jonathan was super helpful and nice. Didnt try to price gouge at all, recommend i link with the warranty program before investing in a fix. I will be bringing in all my devices knowing they are honest not trying to just make as much money as they can, super fair!! Still beinging in an old laptop for repairs here
