Mike was great... they didn't end up repairing or replacing my phone because the insurance program replaced it via mail. It's refreshing to find businesses and people out there that still do what's best for the customer even if it doesn't benefit them, once in a while!

Mike at the Hacienda location in Vista was great. Friendly helpful , explained everything. And taking my laptop to ubreakifix was faster and easier than Best Buy. I'll be coming back and referring my friends!
