Sunday November 16/25. Paul was amazing and very knowledgeable. 👨🎓 We had to wait (& watch & listen) a few minutes while he helped another customer and then he quickly transferred the contents of my somewhat archaic (Galaxy S6) phone to my new S25+ Fun fact: Bell online help wasn't helpful and staff in their Princess St store was useless - other than recommending that I try Mobil Klinik.
I was having issue with my laptop and got quickly fixed by Paul. In fact, they provide quality professional services.
My great friend works here and he replaced my battery! And he also cleaned out the charging port and now it works!! They also closed the phone with the new adhesive!
The handling is great, and the experience the staff has is great
