Not at all impressed so far. I filed a Google pixel Plus Care claim and was referred to this store to fix a cracked screen on a Google pixel 9A. I immediately got an appointment confirmation, from Google, and when I called the store it's as if I was a stranger and they had no idea who it was and had to ask a bunch of questions to get the point that they don't have the parts in stock and asked me to call back in a couple of hours as they have a shipment of things coming in. first of all, shouldn't they be the ones calling me ... read more
Leon came to my house through assurion and was amazing! He really took his time with the repair in the best way possible and also was very comprehensive in explaining all the repairs he will be doing. Really appreciate him going the extra mile for me and my phone!
Brought my girlfriends laptop in for repairs, and over the course of over a month, (only got the results from their diagnostics three weeks into the time they had it) recieved little to no communication. I had to call frequently to make sure the laptop was being worked on, and the few times they said they would call ME back, they never did, so I had to follow up many times to receive the information they were supposed to relay to us.
