Great experience overall! Known screen issue on my Pixel 9, they had the part in stock and were able to get the replacement part covered 100% under warranty. Had the repair done in 2 hours. Friendly and helpful staff 💪👍

I started a repair service in Holland, OH That place did not have the part in stock and very bad customer service, I would not recommend the Holland location. Now the Perrysburg location 100% in every aspect, it was a great experience.
Would recommend and will go back for any repairs I might need. Unfortunately my device was unrepairable, but he explained everything he did and tried. Great to work with
