Ryan did a great job! He was friendly and helpful, though not the technician who serviced my installation of a solid state hard drive into my old laptop. Haven't had time as yet to run it through it's paces, but I have not been disappointed with the service I have gotten from ubreakifix. Ryan is the best and so is UbreakIfix

I called and made an appointment. When I called the reaffirm the appointment it wasn't even in the there.. I went to get phone fixed. 4 hours later was not done and had to do next day..No up selling at all... I needed a new screen protector and they didn't even try.. Used this place alot ,and us the first time I didn't like the service.. They seemed to have changed from a mom and pip store that cares about the customer to a franchise store they produces to the masses... It's a shame. They use to be so good...
