I brought my MacBook Pro in thinking it was completely broken, but they quickly figured out the issue and got it working again. Picked it up way faster than I expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I'm so relieved and happy with the service.

Isaiah was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable too and the manager is very professional and knows how to de-escalate when there is a rude customer very good place to get professional work done.
I previously used this location for a screen replacement several years ago and had no issue. This time, however, they gave me a defective screen. An employee then wanted to argue with me over the phone about the issue, so I ended up just getting rid of the device. This completely undermined my prior positive experience. I wouldn't trust these people with repairing ANYTHING.
