If I could give them 6 stars I would! From the moment I walked in, they were patient, helpful, and solution-oriented, even when the repair didn’t go as planned. They stepped in with cost-saving solutions and I saved thousands of bucks because they were able to find a refurbished laptop for me. Tommy is awesome! Don’t go to anybody else.

I brought in my Samsung Z Fold 6 due to a screen issue and was referred to uBreakiFix by Samsung for warranty repair. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being an authorized service center, they refused to honor the warranty and insisted I either pay out of pocket or ship the phone to Samsung directly. Thank you for the response, but I don’t believe there’s actually going to be any investigation.
